What issues would you like to see further investigated in regard to the high-dose strategy?

Future issues that would be of interest to address include further evaluation of the speed of bacterial kill and sterilization of cultures to indicate when patients are no longer infectious. Another area of interest is the growing research into MPC, and the concentrations of antibacterials required to ensure resistance does not develop.
